How to replace a pop-up sprinkler nozzle

You will need the following:

Common screw driver (flat head)
Nozzle
A good grip


1. Take and clear the area around the sprinkler that needs the work done.
2. Take the common screw driver and place it just under the lip of the nozzle.
3. Push the screw driver under the lip of the nozzle.
4. Grab it with your finger tips.
5. Pull up on the stem and hold it with your hand.
6. Un thread the nozzle from the stem.
7. Drop the new screen into the stem.
8. Thread the new nozzle onto the stem. Make sure it is tight using your hand.
9. Drop the stem by letting go.
10. Turn on the sprinklers and check to make sure that it is adjusted properly.
Note: If it is not adjusted properly follow step 11&12
11. Pull the stem up follow instructions 2 - 4,
12. Grab the stem and turn it towards the closest direction (left or right)
Note: It will sound like it is braking but that is the ratchet it is ok.
